INSTRUCTION TO APPLY

  • Compliance with the requirements stipulated in Ministerial Resolution No. 62/2023 issuing a regulation regulating the licensing of the national product identity
  • Make sure you have at least one of the license that allowed to get the made in Oman logo( Industrial- agricultural- Literal- Fishy)
  • Fill out the form for the last fiscal year
  • I pledge that all data is correct
  • Fill out the primary raw materials page for each product separately
  • Attach picture of the products to be registered
  • In the event, that more than one product is requested to be registered. a list of the required products need to be attached with the HS codes
  • Attach the list of employment approved by the Ministry of Labor
